Extremely Rare Hollins Bicycle

Being straight up front, there is a couple of some condition issues. There is a couple chips on the jaws and there is a hairline fracture underneath from being used as an anvil. “BUT “ ! Functions perfectly mechanically . With the fact being that these nearly never show up, I don’t think it’s gonna matter all that much . This piece is a serious crossover for both the serious bench vise collectors , and in this case, even more importantly vintage, bicycle collectors. This is a rare opportunity to own one of the rarest vintage tools pretty much never on the market. Most likely will not see another for a very long time ? Potentially it could be sent to a Cast iron referral restoration specialist in Washington state to be properly restored . (cast iron specialties) better known as Cast iron Mike I chose not to proceed with that because some people will want it just as it is . Please Look closely at pictures.
